TFC260-5-axis High-speed five-axis drilling and tapping center

TFC260 high-speed 5-axis drill-tap center uses a DD direct-drive cradle rotary table with no reducer. It delivers high-speed high-torque cutting with excellent table accuracy and rigidity. Its precision direct-coupled spindle runs up to 20,000 rpm as standard.

Combining drilling, tapping and milling, it completes complex 3D curved surfaces and irregular profiles automatically in a single workpiece setup. Ideal for batch machining of intricate parts for 3C, optics, medical, new energy, automotive electronics and aluminum structural components.

The TFC260 high-speed five-axis drilling and tapping center adopts a cross sliding table bed structure. Its core castings are all made of HT300 cast iron, with an A-shaped column structure and a cantilever spindle box. Linear rolling guides are used for the X, Y and Z axes, enabling the machine tool to feature high speed, high rigidity, high stability and high reliability. The large-flow fully enclosed guard boasts an attractive appearance and facilitates easy operation and maintenance.

All core castings of the machine tool are independently smelted and cast by Giant Foundry, a foundry enterprise under the group. Adopting the mature Meehanite high-rigidity cast iron casting process, all key structural parts including the bed, column and spindle box undergo prolonged natural aging and secondary stress-relief annealing before delivery. This thoroughly eliminates residual internal stress inside the castings and avoids problems such as machine body deformation and precision drift during long-term use from the source.

In addition, the workshop is equipped with imported high-precision finishing equipment including large gantry milling machines, floor-type boring machines and precision grinders. It can independently complete high-precision machining of the datum surfaces and guide rail mounting surfaces of all large machine tool components, strictly control geometric tolerances and guarantee the consistency of assembly datums. Compared with outsourced castings, the castings produced in this way have better quality controllability and longer-lasting stability.
