Detailed Introduction

Model HC2540L, with an integrated 45° inclined bed structue, is a horizontal CNC lathe researched and designed by the world's most popular and advanced concept of FMC, which main body consists of bed, spindle box, turret and tailstock. It is fairly suitable especially for the machining of shaft, bar, disk and other complicated rotary parts in automobile and engine making industry with the features of flexibility, efficiency and stability etc.

① It adopts the integrated 45° inclined bed structure which built by excellent casting material through the screening to reach outstanding rigidity and stability, also convey chips easily.

② Equipped with branding precision triple-row angular contact ball bearing in front of the rigid spindle and double-row angular contact ball bearing in back to perform both heavy and finish cutting well.

③ The machining position information will be saved automatically and immediately for a long period even after power down by applying the semi-closed loop control servo system and built-in absolute rotary encoder with the characteristics such as fast travel, precision positioning and no cumulative error.
