Model GM2216, with a fixed symmetrical structure of gantry-type frame, is a high-cutting vertical machining center researched and designed by the world's most popular and advanced concept of FMC, which main structure consists of base, worktable, column, beam and ram. It has the features of cutting, rigidity and stability etc. for machining.
① The spindle unit can provide various of cutting performance to meet different machining needs with the centrosymmetric design. Also, it can effectively control the generation of thermal deformation and unbalanced torque to erase chatter marks and ensure the accuracy.
② It's loading and cutting capacity improved heavily by equipping with heavy-load linear roller guides along X & Y axes and sliding guide along Z axis, plus the enclosed hydrostatic double-layer worktable.
③ Columns and beam integrated can bear the unbalanced torque caused by the gravity of spindle box and ram so as to resist the beam's deformation effectively. In addition, the 2 linear roller guides along the beam applied step structure, which can strengthen the structural rigidity, stability and cutting capacity.
