Model HM80G, with a moving inverted T-column structure, is a horizontal machining center researched and designed by the world's most popular and advanced concept of FMC, which main structure consists of base, worktable, column and spindle box. It is fairly suitable especially for complex machining of box parts, wind power, aerospace and other big jobs with the features of efficiency, rigidity, cutting and capacity etc.
① It's outstanding dynamic performance, rigidity and stability rooted from excellent casting material through the screening and the design both of moving and herringbone structure or mechanism.
② Use the spindle specially made with the design of labyrinth seal and equipped with inner-cycle oil cooling to perform quiet infinitely variable speed and ensure machining accuracy and stability by controlling heat and thermal deformation effectively.
③ Terribly improved not only the structural rigidity and loading capacity, but also ensured the machining accuracy and stability by adopting hirth coupling and built-in hydraulic lock and applies hardening process for the indexing worktable.
