What is the difference between the Jugao Precision Machine V8 and the 850H?

Oct 06, 2023

Jugao V8 and 850H are two vertical machining centers launched by Jugao Precision Machine. They are both 850 series models, but they differ in performance and application fields. Below, we will take you to understand the differences between them.

Firstly, the machining center stroke of both is consistent. The X/Y/Z stroke is also 800/500/520 mm.

Secondly, the spindle speeds of V8 and 850H are different. The spindle speed range of V8 is directly connected at 12000 rpm, while the spindle speed range of 850H is belt at 10000 rpm. This means that V8 can achieve higher processing speeds.

Thirdly, there are also differences in fast movement rates between V8 and 850H. The X/Y/Z three-axis fast movement rate of V8 is 48/48/48m/min, while the X/Y/Z three-axis fast movement rate of 850H is 30/30/16m/min. This means that V8 can achieve higher machining efficiency.

Fourthly, the V8 and 850H also differ in their guide rails. The X, Y, and Z axes of V8 adopt linear rolling guides, which have fast speed and low resistance, making them suitable for high-speed machining and workpiece processing with fast cutting. The X and Y axes of the 850H adopt linear rolling guide rails, while the Z axis adopts sliding guide rails, making the machine tool run more smoothly. It is suitable for machines with high vibration requirements and heavy cutting processing needs.

Finally, their application fields are also different. V8 is suitable for the processing of complex components such as small and medium-sized boxes, plates, discs, valves, shells, molds, etc. in multiple varieties and small batches. It is widely used in the industries of new energy vehicles, engineering machinery, aerospace, medical equipment, and IT equipment. 850H is suitable for batch processing of complex components such as small and medium-sized boxes, plates, discs, valves, shells, molds, etc. It is widely used in automotive parts, valves, engineering machinery, mold processing, IT equipment, optical equipment, medical equipment, and aerospace industries.

When selecting V8 and 850H, the selection needs to be based on actual needs and processing tasks. If there is a need for heavy cutting, you can choose 850H. If you need a faster processing speed, you can choose V8.

In summary, both the Precision V8 and 850H are high-performance, flexible, and multifunctional machine tools that are suitable for processing various complex parts. However, they differ in performance and application fields and need to be selected according to actual needs.
